Managing Remotely Starts With Mitigating Bias

October 28, 2020

07:30 PM EST

Do you know that managing remotely may be influenced by unconscious bias?

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are finding themselves working from home. Many organizations are putting together tips on working from home and managing employees remotely. However, no one is talking about unconscious bias and its impact on remote workers. Whether you are a remote worker, manager or you are a coach for managers, this webinar will bring unconscious bias in the remote managing context to light.

Presented by:

Rachael Assignon started her career as a foreign language teacher which included culture and language training. As a foreign language teacher, she discovered the preconceived notions and biases her students had about other cultures and worked to incorporate cultural intelligence into the classroom. Currently Rachael is an instructional designer and the Programs Ambassador for SIETAR Florida.

Join us and SIETAR Florida on Wednesday, October 28th at 07:30 PM. The event is free to attend.
